FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 oz. (1 sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust (9 inch is best)
1 chocolate bar (for garnish)

Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Cream well. Blend chocolate and vanilla into sugar mixture. Add one egg at a time, beating at high speed for 5 minutes after each egg is added. Fold into graham cracker crust. Chill and serve with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.
