1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. shredded cucumbers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. vinegar

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in salt, onion, and vinegar. When mixture is partially set, fold in shredded cucumber. Top with a mixture of of half sour cream and half mayonnaise. Serves 4.
