TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
2-3 tomatoes, diced
8 oz. shredded cheese
Taco chips, crushed
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing

Cook hamburger and drain on paper towel. Mix ingredients together and serve. (Linda Allen's recipe)
