SAUCE FOR HAM RECIPES 
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Combine water, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard, and pineapple in saucepan. Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water. Add to sauce. Cook, stirring, until clear. Serve over ham slices. Makes 4 cups sauce.
