SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. pineapple chunks

Combine brown sugar, dry mustard and cornstarch. Slowly add lemon juice and lemon rind. Add water, raisins, cherries and pineapple chunks. Stir low heat until thick.
