SALMON LOAF 
Boil:

Drain well. Let sit.

STEP 2:

Mix in top of double boiler pan: 3/4 c. Pet milk 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook over boiling water, stirring until cheese melts and blends. Mix with macaroni.

STEP 3:

Drain:

Add: 1 sm. chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together.

Put half of macaroni and cheese in greased pyrex loaf pan. Add salmon mixture, then put the rest of the macaroni and cheese on top. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Loosen with knife. Let rest before removing serving.
