DO AHEAD HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 can tomato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. dry onion
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix ingredients together; place in 8x12 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.

I am making this recipe for the first time, and will post the results after we eat it.

Changes I am making!
I will use 1/2 lb of sweet sausage and equal amt of ground beef, red pepper rather than green, 1/2 sweet onion rather than dried, kitchen cut tomatoes rather than tomato soup.

I will brown the meat and drain off fat, as well as saute the vegitables, eleminating the celery, and adding a dash of celery salt.
The sausage should cover the need for additional seasonings.
