HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
1 pkg. Lipton soup (onion)
6 c. boiling water
1 c. sliced carrots (2 c.)
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil (none)
2 (8 oz.) canned tomato sauce
1 c. sliced celery
2/3 c. dried peas (optional)

Brown meat, use only salt in skillet. Add salt and soup mix seasonings. Stir in boiling water, tomato sauce. Cover for 15 minutes. Add celery and carrots. Simmer 30 minutes longer. Add macaroni, simmer 30 minutes longer. Add Parmesan cheese on top. Keep covered while cooking.
