VEAL PAPRIKA 
1 1/2 lbs. veal steak or cutlets, 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. paprika
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. beef consomme - condensed
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Cut meat into 6 pieces. Pound until double in size. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge veal in flour mixture. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Remove from pan. Add meat to oil and brown. Add onion, garlic and remaining ingredients except sour cream. Simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Yield: 6 servings. 1 serving = 3 lean meats - 1/2 bread - 3 fats.
