HERB CHEESE 
2 (8 oz.) containers of cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
2 tbsp,. caraway seeds
1 tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped basil or 2 tsp. diced

Combine all ingredients except black pepper. Mix well. Spoon into mold or log or ball shape. Cover and refrigerate, 1 to 2 days.

This fills one 2 cup size mold. Unmold and garnish with black pepper and sprigs of dill or basil.

Serve with assorted crackers.
