HERBED CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. chives

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for a few days before serving. Serve with crackers.
