VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. regular milk
4 c. half and half milk
5 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs, add the sugar gradually. Continue to beat until the mixture is very stiff. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
