MEXICAN MEAT LOAF ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. oats, uncooked
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, drained
3/4 c. salsa

Combine ground beef, oats, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, mix well. Press meat mixture onto wax paper into rectangle. Combine cream cheese and chilies. Spread over meat mixture to within 1 inch of outer edge. Roll as for jelly roll. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with salsa and bake another 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
