CHICKEN TACOS 
2 c. cooked chicken
16 flat corn tortillas
1/2 can green chilies, choppedtbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. corn oil or pure lard

Boil chicken and remove from bone. Take approximately 2 cups after shredding meat and mix with onion, green chilies, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place strip of seasoned meat in flat tortilla. Fold over and cook on one side until crispy and turn. Serves 4.
