CHICKEN WOW 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned, and cut up
2-3 cubes potatoes, baked

Melt 1 stick butter with 3 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard. Brown chicken and potatoes in this. Set aside.

In microwave, cook 1 medium cubed zucchini with 1 stick of butter and 1 tablespoons Lawry's salt-free. Cook until soft.

Put all ingredients in crock pot, including cans of soup and corn. Add 1 more tablespoon of Grey Poupon mustard and cook about 4 hours on low setting. (Temperature and cooking time may be adjusted to fit your needs.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
