6 pack chicken legs Oil Ketchup Salt & pepper Chopped garlic Chives (hot pepper) STEP 1: Cut each piece of chicken into 3 pieces, wash and season (marinate) with chopped chives, garlic and hot peppers, salt, black pepper. STEP 2: Put saucepan to heat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. When heated, add 1 teaspoon of white sugar, let the sugar fry for 1 minute, when it becomes a light brownish bubble. Add marinated chicken, stir and cover pan. Leave for 5 minutes. Stir meat again until it becomes a light golden brown color. Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup. STEP 3: Stir meat and add 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Add salt to taste and leave to boil for 10 minutes. Also add 1 sliced tomato and 1 onion. |
