3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Blend the first 6 ingredients. Sift together the next 6 ingredients and add to the first mixture. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
