2 med. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream

Slice cucumbers and onions then alternating in layers. Salt and pepper to taste and cover with sour cream after 1 hour. Mix gently and serve chilled.
