HAMBURGER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimientos
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. noodles, cooked
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Lightly brown meat. Add onion. Cook until tender, but not brown. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimientos, salt and pepper. Mix. Stir in noodles. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
