SHRIMP SALAD WITH PEAS 
2 c. fresh cooked shrimp
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 to 4 tbsp. cream

Clean shrimp and thin mayonnaise with cream. Mix all together lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve on crisp lettuce.
