SHRIMP PEA SALAD 
1 can shrimp
1/2 c. diced celery
3 hard cooked eggs
1 c. peas

This may be served as a cold plate for 6 with one tablespoons each of celery, chopped eggs and peas placed around the tablespoon of shrimp, in which case you need almost a whole cup of celery.

You may mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise and serve as a salad on crisp lettuce.
