HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
12 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 green pepper
1 c. cubed ham
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 (30 oz.) pkg. hash browns

Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Stir in potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and ham. Pour in 9 x 13 pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean. Spray pan with Pam.

This can be mixed up the night before and refrigerated.
