3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
A pinch salt

Beat eggs well and add sugar, salt and milk. Mix untold sugar is dissolved. Pour in a 9 inch pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until just set. Do not over cook or bake the custard to fast or it will turn watery.
