HERB YOGURT DIP 
2 tbsp. snipped chives
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of Tabasco
2 (8 oz.) containers plain non-fat yogurt

In a blender combine all seasonings, Tabasco and 1/2 cup yogurt. Blend until smooth. Turn into bowl. Stir in remaining yogurt. Mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with veggies of your choice. Makes 2 cups.
