CURRIED TURKEY WITH PASTA 
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded carrot
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. curry powder
2+ tbsp. flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute celery, onion, garlic and curry powder in butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour and bouillon cubes. Gradually add milk and water, heat, stirring constantly, to bouillon. Boil and stir one minute. Stir in turkey, carrots, and lemon juice; heat thoroughly. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 4.
