HOMEMADE CHICKEN SOUP 
2 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 lg. carrot, sliced
1 pkg. "No Yolks" noodles
2 c. water
1 lg. can chicken broth

Cook chicken; set aside. Saute onion, celery, carrot in teflon skillet. Use NO oil, can use water. When vegetables are cooked, add chicken broth and 2 cups water. Stir. When broth is hot, add "No Yolk" noodles. Simmer until noodles are done. Add chicken and serve. Serves 6.
