HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (or bread crumbs) 4 lg. boiled eggs 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated cheese 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped (about 3 1/2 or 4 lb. hen) 1 c. chopped celery 2/3 c. almonds, chopped or slivered 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent Mix all together except cheese and chips. Put into a baking dish. Top with cheese and potato chips and heat until cheese melts, 250 to 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
