CREAMY VEGETABLE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. (Vita) anchovy paste
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh or dried parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese, anchovy paste.

Stir in egg, parsley, onion and garlic. Chill. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
