HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion
3 cloves garlic or garlic powder
1 pkg. French's chili mix
1 lg. can tomato juice (46 oz.)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans pinto beans

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain off grease. Add salt, pepper, chili mix and tomato juice. Cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add beans and cook for 1 more hour.
