HOMEMADE CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. water
6 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Mexican corn flour (maze)

Brown beef, add tomato sauce. Add water a little at a time. Mix maze with water before adding to chili, about 2 tablespoons of water.
