TIFF'S SPICED PUMPKIN FUDGE 
Serve this to your guests and they will say yummy yummy to my tummy!

3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter
1/2 cup solid can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (11 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
1 small jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

In a heavy saucepan put sugar, evaporated milk, butter, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add butterscotch pieces, marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts. Stir until all is melted and blended and then pout into a buttered 9x13-inch pan. Let set then cut.
