1 1/2 c. brown edge cookie
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat filling in mixer. Pour over crumb crust and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Mix together topping and spoon lightly over cooled filling. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Chill several hours. Top with fresh strawberries, pie filling or chocolate.
