SWEET POTATOES AND SAUCE 
Select small yams or sweet potatoes, enough for 6. Boil potatoes, cool and skin. If I can't get small potatoes use large ones and cut in chunks.

MAKE SAUCE AS FOLLOWS:

1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil until smooth. It thickens as it cools. Put sweet potatoes in baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes. Heat before serving. Serves 6
