LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (30 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
.79 oz. mozzarella cheese
10 oz. Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground meat with onions and bell pepper. Drain meat. Add jar spaghetti sauce and mix. Grate the 3 cheeses into a bowl. Boil noodles as directed on package.

In a long baking dish, put half the noodles on bottom of dish. Add half the meat sauce, half the 3 cheeses, then noodles again, rest of meat sauce, rest of cheeses on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted on top. About 15 minutes.
