MEATBALLS (4) 
10 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass onion soup mix
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
3 pkg. saltine crackers

Mix the onion soup mix in the hamburger. Than add the remaining ingredients into the hamburger well. Make the hamburger into meatballs and bake for 20-30 minutes or until done at 350°F. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer 15-20 minutes. These can be frozen.

Sauce:

6 qt. stewed tomatoes (pureed in blender)
2 pkg. mccormick spaghetti sauce mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Add meatballs to this mixture and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove bay leaf before storing.
