FROSTED SEVEN-UP SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-UP
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 7-UP. When partially set, add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill until firm and add topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. whipped cream

Combine sugar, pineapple juice, flour, and egg and cook until thickened. Set aside and cool. When chilled, fold in whipped cream.
