1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper

Mix together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook an additional 5 minutes. Cool.

Mix with:

1 pt. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Pour over potato salad and refrigerate at least 2 hours to bring out the flavors.
