1 egg
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water

Beat together 1 egg and 3 tablespoons sugar. Add 3 tablespoons vinegar and 3 tablespoons water. Beat well. Cook on stove, medium heat until thickened, cool. May be doubled depending on amount of potatoes.
