ENCHILADA PIE 
6 flour tortillas
1 can mild enchilada sauce or 1 sm. jar salsa
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. can sliced olives, drained
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1. Heat sauce in saucepan and brown meat, onion and garlic in a skillet.

2. Add part of sauce to meat mixture.

3. Stir in olives.

4. Dip tortillas in warm sauce and layer alternately with meat mixture and grated cheese in a deep, greased casserole dish.

5. Pour remaining sauce on top, bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be made a day ahead and then baked.
