SPICY CHICKEN NACHO BAKE | |
5 c. round tortilla chips 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1/2 c. salsa 2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft shredded taco seasoned cheese, divided 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken or turkey 1 tsp. Mexican seasoning 1 green onion, sliced 1 tomato, chopped Lettuce (optional) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 9x13 inch glass baking dish with chips. Mix together refried beans, salsa, 1 cup cheese; spread evenly over chips. Mix together meat and seasoning, sprinkle evenly over bean mixture. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and onion; bake 15 to 25 minutes or until hot. Garnish with tomato and serve with lettuce and extra salsa. Makes 8 appetizers or 4 main dish servings. |
