FAT FREE BATTER BREAD 
2 pkgs. yeast in 3 1/2 c. warm water

5 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Stir and mix well. Pour or spoon into greased bread pans. Cover with damp cloth. Let rise for 1 hour in a draft free area. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
