TOMATOES WITH BASIL VINAIGRETTE 
4 lg. tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
Salt, pepper, sugar

Arrange tomatoes on plate or shallow platter. Put mustard, basil and vinegar into bowl. Whisk oil into mixture. Add salt, pepper and sugar to desired taste. Pour over tomatoes and serve or refrigerate until later.
