GREEN BEAN RELISH 
2 cans Blue Lake or French cut green beans
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. cold water

Mix together and let stand 4 hours. Use as an accompaniment to main dishes.
