SOUTHWESTERN SALAD 
1 (19 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 (8 3/4 oz.) drained corn
1 lg. chopped tomato
1 sm. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chiles (optional)
1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (optional)
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour dressing over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate. Serves 8.
