“MEAT A LA KING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  MICROWAVE LOBSTER TAIL

MEAT A LA KING 
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup diced/cooked (your choice) roast beef-pork-ham-chicken-lunch meat
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 can drained cooked vegs (or) canned vegs (or) 1 c. mixed vegetables
4 slices buttered toast

In saucepan: melt butter; stir in flour. Gradually, stir in milk. Cook, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add meat, celery, salt and pepper, Worcestershire, mustard and vegetables. Heat thoroughly.

Serve on toast (or) buttered split biscuits. Can be served on noodles, mashed or baked potatoes. Use your imagination!
