1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugars, butter and oil, beat well. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator over night. Make into small balls, flatten with fork and bake at 375°F for 10 - 12 minutes.
