DOUGH: 1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. all-purpose flour 4 eggs FILLING: 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 med. container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1/3 c. chocolate syrup In a small saucepan, boil water; add butter and salt. Return to boil, then reduce heat. Add flour all at once. Stir until mixture forms a ball; remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each addition. Continue beating until shiny. Spread in lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until light brown. Prepare pudding according to directions for pie. When pudding sets, add softened cream cheese. Spread over dough. Spread with whipped topping. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Chill before serving. |
