3 to 4 lg. cloves of garlic
1 med. onion, chopped

1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
10 to 12 mushrooms, peeled & sliced
Red pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 to 2 tbsp. vinegar
Olive oil
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
10 to 12 black olives, sliced
Oregano to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
20 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
