BROCCOLI BAKE 
14 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives
1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can shrimp soup, undiluted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bunch broccoli, cooked in 1 inch boiling water and drained
Toasted slivered almonds

In saucepan blend cream cheese and milk. Add shrimp soup. Heat and stir until smooth. Add lemon juice. Pour over cooked broccoli. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, or until nuts are brown. Serves 4 ordinary people or 2 hungry ones!!
