CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 small onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice, cooked
2-3 c. cooked brown or white rice (this is in addition to wild rice)
French fried onions

Mix all ingredients except French fried onions. Let stand overnight or bake right away.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F. Last 10 minutes, top with French fried onions.
